The Catarman Central requested the service of scouts from the University of Easter Philippines Laboratory High School (Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts) to assist them in conducting the rallympics and help them with the lecturing about scouting. We took the chance to help the young boys and girls in learning what scouting is all about. Teaching the young boys and girls the fun and enjoyment of scouting and the training to help them in their lives. Rallympics was held on September 16-17.
