Community Based Scouts named as Phen Taab Troop (Sowers Troop) helped 50 years old Mr. Tek Bdr Ghalley who is unwed. He lived in a shabby thatched hut at Dipujora hamlet in Norbugang, Samtse. Later, he decided to build strong house to uphold and protect himself from the strong wind and heavy downpour. Thus, he had the timber, planks ready.

We discussed and decided to help him carry the planks. We walked nearly 2km uphill to fetch his planks and reach it.
