A Seven (7) Days Capacity Building Training was organised at the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya, Mukhla, West Jaintia Hills, to enable the local Adult Leaders to become Scoutmasters. During the Course, regular topics laid down by the National Training Centre of the Bharat Scouts & Guides were taken besides introducing them to Adult in Scouting, Organisational Management, Organisational Behaviour, Project management and sensitising them on the Messengers of Peace actions. A one day exposure trip to a National Heritage site was also organised. It is expected that it will have a multiplying effect to at least 12 to 24 Scouts per Leader and up to 100 non Scouts per School and Community.
