Building Towers, Building Understanding

In the digital age, increased use of electronic devices has reduced face-to-face interaction among young people, affecting their communication and teamwork skills. This training provides a hands-on environment for participants to practice dialogue, collaboration, and problem-solving through interactive games and activities.
Divide into 2 teams. Each team must work together to design and build a freestanding tower using skewers and strings, and suspend one marshmallow at the top within the given time.
I learned the importance of clear communication and effective facilitation in guiding group activities. I gained experience in managing team dynamics, supporting participants, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the session. I also developed a better understanding of how to design and deliver hands-on activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and meaningful interaction among participants.
