Building Bog Bridges

Today my friends and I from Troop 1 East Greenwich helped the state park in Little Compton by building Bog Bridges. A bog is a marsh type of land that is usually by water and very muddy. By building a bog bridge we helped the people that walk the trails keep their shoes clean. The project was hard because we had to walk with 2 meter planks of wood to the place where we would be building the bridges. My dad had brought a wagon, but it was hard to wheel on the two small planks and we had to lift it up over the gaps between the wood. At the end of the day it was pretty cool to look back and see how much good we had done, even though my shoulder is bruised right now. Im
