Bsp Zamboanga City Council actively participated in celebrating Arbor Day last June 25, 2016 held at the Mangrove Area of Brgy. Talon Talon, Zamboanga City. Atleast 80 Senior Scouts and 10 Adult leaders joins the said activity with the leadership of Council Executive Butch Alejabo and Laryson F. Bagumbay the Local Coordinator of World Scouting Environment Program (WSEP).
