The Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Valenzuela City Council conducted the annual Council Youth Forum last February 13, 2014 at the Council HQ, Malinta ES. The activity was participated by 31 Senior Scouts from the different Congressional Districts (Cong I, Cong II & Private Schools). From the participants, five (5) working groups were formed with 5 or 6 members each, while four (4) Scouts were tasked to be members of the Steering Committee. This year's theme centered on "Youth Development". A voting session was conducted wherein the top six (6) nominated Scouts will represent the Valenzuela City Council in the upcoming National Capital Region (NCR) Youth Forum.
