The Local Council of Lipa City conducted an orientation of Eagle Scout aspirants from different schools and different levels held at The Mabini Academy last 9th day of July 2016. It aims to prepare senior scouts for their journey to the Eagle Scout Rank. It was facilitated by CSE Sctr. Cesar A. Catapang and Sctr. Jay U. Sargento and the other scouters and Eagle Scouts of our council. By 2019, Lipa City Council will produce numbers of skilled Eagle Scouts.
