Senior and Rover Scout students from all over the country helped in monitoring and counting public school textbooks during its delivery from different elementary and secondary schools from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, helping to ensure the right quantity and quality using social accountability monitoring tools provided by the ASoG G-Watch with the helpe from various civil society groups, people's organization, NGOs and the government sector.
