ROVER SCOUTS PARTICIPATED IN BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN

The Student Government at Royal Thimphu College with support from Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital (JDWNRH), Thimphu hosted its 22nd Blood Donation Campaign at the campus on April 07, 2021. 

The campaign is one of RTC’s many efforts to support the community. The specific purpose of the campaign is to help replenish the supply of various kinds of blood at the Blood Banks in the capital and to sensitize the youth on the need for safe blood to permit life-saving medical procedures.

Moreover, students and faculty with low hemoglobin level were given iron tables by the health officials.
