BLOOD DONATION.
I was highly inspired from the Robinhood Army, a zero-fund organisation that provides food to the needy. Its motto "SERVE THE HUNGRY CITIZEN" motivated me a lot to work and do something for the society. I also drew much inspiration from all the NGOs and blood banks working near my locality to organise blood donation campaigns. This was another important step towards humanity.
Out of my long years of service and friendship with the babanpur shishu ashram, they organised their 8th annual blood donation camp on 6th March, 2022 and invited me in the same to donate blood. I went there as a donor and donated blood for the first time in my life, It was a great experience iindeed.
Almost 35 people were benefitted as a result of this blood donation.
I've learnt that when you do something for the needy for atleast a day or two, the amount of satisfaction you get from within is immeasurable. You also get to motivate many of the people living around you so that some day in the future they can also do something for the society.
