Bhutan Scouts conduct its 5th Community Based Training for 17 Armed Force Personnel”

17 Officers of the Royal Bhutan Army, Royal Body Guards & Royal Bhutan Police we’re training in community based scouting to engage young people during the summer and winter vacation. The rationale behind this Training is to equip the officers of the armed force so that young people during the school holidays are meaningfully and productively engaged to prevent them from engaging in juvenile delinquency and unnecessary anti social activities. Three day training focused on better better world framework, SDGs, scouting principles, mission, vision, facilitation skills, scout method, youth programme. The training was conducted in southern border town of Bhutan and they were awarded cbs scarves to commit themselves to bring positive change in their respective cantonments.
