The Bharat Scouts and Guides Top Leaders Summit
The motivation behind initiating this project was the shared vision of “75 Years of Legacy | 12 Million Dreams: Growing Together.” The aim was to strengthen unity among states, set a clear direction for membership growth, and create sustainable strategies to reach the national goal of 12 million members by 2034.
The project was executed through a structured three-day Summit at the National Headquarters, where leaders from 24 states collaborated. Sessions included strategic planning, breakout group discussions, capacity-building workshops, and finalisation of state-specific growth strategies, all aligned with the National Growth Framework.
The project highlighted the importance of collective leadership, data-driven planning, and mutual exchange of best practices. We learned that resilience, collaboration, and a growth mindset are key to achieving long-term goals, while structured monitoring and accountability ensure sustained progress.
