Benefiting the Community with different means!
Helping other at the time of need is always our priority. So, getting a chance to help the remotely located school in kitchen construction which will provide food of more 60 underprivileged students. On top of that we are glad that we are able to give the second hand clothes to the students who are in great need.
The project was took place at Labtsakha Primary school under Punakha District. As we are informed my the school ADM Mr. Loday Rabten ( who was also a Scout Leader), we are supported by the college management for this project with transportation.
With our action, the school are able to processed with the school Feeding program as they were unable to carried out till date due to no proper kitchen to cook the food for the students. On other hand, the seconds hand clothes had helps the many underprivileged student to find the cold weather during their schooling.
I found everyone was enjoying working and more than our member the student of the school and the teacher are excited as they are able to proceed with the feeding program. I have learned that it is the matter of coordination of such programs as all the people are benefiting from such simple actions.
