when we stay together we can do lot of things better than a single man thing i mean when we work as a team i mean 10 people of team ,we can do actualy about any thing. im a sri lankan .im a ananda college scouter.we go hicks every month.there are compititions.when we go there the team spirit is unbelievable .when a team mate didnt have a setyficate ,all the team dont get setificate until he got . another thing is when we eat ,we start eating at the same time.we count to 3 and get the the food.after we eating it we stand up the same time.we trust each to other. we help each to other. but when we are caring 86 people ,we can never think about what i mentioned up.86 people means 86 ways to do things. because every one is different to each other.in 10 people group i man can control the team.but in 86 people group a single man or 10 leaders cant handle it .it is horrible .i had a experience like that.
