-This program host by district Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. - An inter-linkage programs included joint camp associated exchanges & interaction with foreign scouts (27 July 2018 until 28 July 2018) as well as Carnival program hold on 29Julay2018. - The purpose of joint camp is to provide an opportunity for local scouts get interacting with scout friends from other countries and understand their cultures with country scouting movement. - The purpose of carnival is to exhibit pioneering project built on 21July18 and open for the community to visit. It is a previous opportunity for the public especially parents get involved into the event. The parent can walk around the campsite as well as other exhibition on the ground to understand what their kids or scout normally doing in the scouting programs. - There were 2 talks included firefighting department and Oasis Place KL (local special kids caring organization ) to attract participants who joined the carnival & basic knowledge from respective group of professional. - The 3 days 2 nights event marked total 340 participants included 90 services teams & 250 participant to join the event.
