Mission To develop the young Eskaya scouts’ skills and to build their character wherein peace is promoted and Eskaya system can be also used in teaching so that they can preserve their own culture. Vision A dream to produce productive young Eskaya scouts that have a good character, enhanced skills, and a strong desire to maintain peace, embrace and appreciate their own tribe and help it to be preserved.
