Basic Unit Leader's Training
We can make a better place if we inspired our young generations to take up SCOUTING. One or two individuals can't reach more than 1000 plus youth in a nick of time. We therefore, decided to train the teachers of 3 schools in scouting so that they could reach the younger generations on our behalf and inspire them join scouting and help us make a better world.
The project was impleneted in Lango Middle Secondary School for the teachers from 3 different schools i.e. Lango Middle Secondary School, Rigzon Academy and Paro Elementary School to institute 100% scouting in Paro District.
The teachers were given basic unit leader's training for a period of 5 days so that they can cater all the basic requirements of scouting to the young scouters.
The teachers of these 3 schools will reach upto more than 1000 young heads. Then the young heads will be inspired to join scouting and contribute in making a better place
