The Iriga City Council conducted a Basic Training Course for Troop Leader for graduating students of College of Teacher education of the University of Saint Anthony with a total of 97 participants the training aims to introduce scouting to future teachers that will handle the young ones in the future the topic includes History of Scouting, Ideal, Scouting Methods, Scouting Skills etc.
