The Cabanatuan City Council of Boy Scouts of the Philippines conducted Basic Training Course for Troop Leaders and Outfit Advisors at Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. The objective of the training is to prepare the adult leaders in scouting. Trained volunteers handled the different sessions and modules using 4 A's as teaching method.
