The East District of Valenzuela City Council organized and conducted their own Basic Training Course for Troop Leaders with a recognition course number from National Capital Region. (NCR BTL 014-017 and NCR BTL 014-018) I, had a privilege to render my service in the said training also the being one of the judge in the said camp fire event is very wonderful experience as a BTC holder for Outfit Advisors. Also my Mentor Sctr. Alfredo Sta. Maria Jr., WBH as one of the discussant in the said event. The course leaders of the said training were the Principal of Paltok Elementary School, Sctr. Ruben Fua Estillero, LT and our Officer-In-Charge/Council Scout Executive Sctr. Baltazar M. Gayem, LT.
