Regional Level Basic Course for Rover Scout Leaders was held at State Headquarters Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh from 24th to 30th July, 2013. 29 Participants from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura states were participated in the Course. Shri. Ranjit Basu was the leader of the Course.
