Backyard Agriculture Project
It motivates me to make our ecosystems healthy, clean our water, purify our air, maintain our soil, regulate the climate, recycle nutrients and provide us with food. I am motivated by a desire to give back to the community, to use my skills, to meet like-minded people, and to have fun in doing so. I volunteered in areas that I firmly believe in programs related to the environment and for causes that I feel give value to the community.
We find out what is needed in our Community, See What You Have the Ability to Do, Choose a Project, Develop a Plan, Plan a budget if needed, Raise Money, Get Publicity, Do the Project. We planned to ensure all bases are covered. The plan outlines all details of the project from the beginning to the follow-up. Thorough planning makes the project more effective in its scope and impact on the community. Our activity was made in our home in order to follow safety protocols.
Volunteering lets you make a real difference, no matter how you volunteer. Community service benefits anyone who is on the giving or receiving end. There’s nothing like planting your first tree or building your first school. It gives us a chance to forget about our judgments, biases, and etc. It curbs biases and judgments. Community service opens you up to a door of different cultures. Working with animals has also been shown to improve mood and reduce stress and anxiety.
Volunteering teaches you skills that you can take further than your application, such as the ability to work in a team, problem solving, adaptability, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. This article talks about ways to improve community services. Developing multisector collaborations. The project will increase access to healthcare and community services in developing countries. We can establish a peer education program where people educate topics related to their relationships.
