The project aims to enhance and improve membership in the National Federation of Moroccan Scouting by attracting new members and retaining current ones through expanding into new geographical areas within the Kingdom of Morocco. Additionally, it aims to identify and reach out to new social groups through organizing a national digital communication campaign and field programs.
Building the Scout Development Plan Vision 2035 Organizing a national digital communication campaign across various social media platforms, radio stations, and television channels This includes collaborating with influential figures in the fields of culture, education, art, and media. "Scouting for All" competition aimed at recognizing and encouraging innovative projects by Scout associations in the field of membership development.
Reaching out to new non-Scout members who have not previously engaged in Scout activities in the Kingdom of Morocco is one of the key challenges of the upcoming phase. It is also one of the pillars and foundations of this project, starting with the expansion into new geographical areas, especially in villages, rural areas, high mountains, and remote regions.
" Inclusive Scouting" These new members were a valuable addition to supporting the Scout movement in Morocco, and they come from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable groups and those with better social and economic conditions.
