Azerbaijani - Georgian - Polish scouts held on a training

Between 6th and 10th of November 2014 in Sabunchu Youth Center in Baku (Azerbaijan) Azerbaijani, Georgian and Polish scout leaders have carried out a training of trainers “Elbrus”. The training was a part of the bigger project “School of leaders - through Seven Summits to the peak of Elbrus” organized jointly by The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, The Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan and The Georgian Organization of the Scout Movement and financed by the Leadership Training Fund. 
Training was dedicated to Georgian and Azerbaijani scout leaders who are going to be trainers in their organizations.
 Program of the training was prepared by scout trainers from The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association and the event was hosted by The Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan. During the training leaders had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about the Scout Method (in theory and in practice),
 to improve their scout leader's skills and first of all – to prepare themselves to become scout trainers. „Elbrus“ was dedicated to the coaching (training) competences and skills. Among others, training showed how to work with troop leaders in an attractive and effective way and delivered a bunch of techniques and methods that can be used during trainings to make them more professional, fruitful and interesting. At the end of the training, participants together with other members of The Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan, gathered on the State Flag Square in Baku to celebrate the Azerbaijani National Flag Day and visit Flag Museum.
