
Awareness Rally For Yoga
Today we have motivated all the people for doing yoga of the City by organising a yoga rally. The rally was started by Dr. Harish chandra Singh and PremNarayan, patanjali head n jila prabhari of Jalaun . We have told the importance of yoga in life with the help of Nukkad Natak in the rally. We provide pure air to our respiration system for inhaling and exhaling. It gives peace to our body. Yoga is a complete way for leading life healthy and knowing about how to live a healthy life. Yoga is complete medical treatment in itself. It helps to keep our body healthy as well as to our brain. Yoga provides a fresh oxygen for breathing so it's kind of giving life to us.
Yoga has introduced in our culture many centuries ago but somewhere we have lost it in the middle ages. Then again it is manifested by Swami Ramdev and he gave a new height to yoga. He again built up the curiosity in the people to know about Yoga, how to perform yoga. Our Prime Minister has declared 21st june as the international yoga day. He developed curiosity in the people of India along with world to perform yoga and to relate with it. Yoga is very healthy for human body. Every human should perform yoga for at least 20 minutes in a day, it will cause a huge change in his life on daily basis. The person will be more calm and mature to handle difficult situations. That person will not freak out in any situation, he will be able to handle the things with calmness and to find a solution of it. So basically it is not only with the body it's also about controlling mind too.
