An awareness campaign on the dangers of drugs
that project was initiated because lot of problem that going through in pekanbaru, especially problem about misused of drugs and narcotics among young people, lot of young people trapped in bad circle and ended up using drugs, that problem was also linked to bad mental health, bad relation to other and even lead to doing criminal
After brainstorming with my team, we planning to make an campaign about that problem, we discuss about perfect day for doing that campaign, and ended up doing it at Youth Pledge Day or Hari Sumpah Pemuda. That campaign titled "An awareness campaign on the dangers of drugs in commemoration of Youth Pledge Day". We use classroom of some Senior High School that close in my area. We invited speaker that has expertise in that topic, from KIPAN / Kader Inti Pemuda Anti Narkoba.
i learn how to planning and executed project in team, finding cash, inviting people and speaker, even coordinating with sub district secretary for doing this project. lots of skill that I learned from this project.
