This year i got an apportunity to attend Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS) World Gathering at B-P House KL to receive the ATAS scarf and badges from the President of ATAS, Mr Simon Rhee.
There are more than 40 participants to receive the awards witnessed by our National Chief Commissioner Major General Professor Dato' Dr. Haji Mohd Zin bin Bidin as chief guest,  Mr. P. S. Maniam, Chairman of ATAS World Malaysia Chapter, as well as guests from the Indian Scout & Guide Fellowship lead by their Chairman, Mr. Makki.

During this gathering all the participants taking this opportunity to discuss and share experiences about scouting.
