Arise, Awake, and don’t stop….. Until the goal is reached- Youth Day Celebration

On 09th January 2019, with the theme of “Youth and Climate Change”, National Youth Week Celebration Camp started at District Training Centre, Babhandi, Aurangabad, Bihar. First day online and Manual registration process began at   09:00 AM. 203 Rovers and Rangers from Assam- 08 Bihar- 44, Chhattisgarh- 08, Delhi- 04, Eastern Railway- 09, Haryana- 09, Jharkhand- 08, Karnataka- 06, Madhya Pradesh- 08, Maharashtra- 05, Meghalaya- 06, North Central Railway- 07, North Eastern Railway- 07, N. F. Railway- 08, Punjab-08, Rajasthan- 06, South Central Railway- 06, Tamilnadu- 04, Uttar Pradesh- 06, Uttarakhand- 07,  West Bengal- 04, West Central Railway- 08, Western Railway- 08 and 09 staff were actively participated with full enthusiasm. Bihar State Bharat Scouts and Guides hosted the camp with support of Eastern Region/ National Headquarters under the leadership of Shri Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout).

                       

Opening Ceremony- The Youth Week Celebration Camp was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Respected Shri Ashok Kumar Sinha, Member of Legislative Assembly, Rafiganj by lighting the traditional Lamp(Pradeep) in the glorious presence of Shri Rajan Kumar Singh, member of Legislative Council, Aurangabad, Dr. Pradeep  Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad and other dignitaries. In the opening Ceremony participants were presented very high standard colorfull cultural programme with traditional contuses.  The integration session was led by leader of the camp Shri Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout). He also introduced the invited.

Second day camp started with B. P. six exercises at 06:00 AM followed by flag ceremony.  Youth forum has been organized in the form of Youth Voice- on the theme of “Youth and Climate change”. All participants participated with full enthusiasm and put positive views as per the theme. A session on WOSM Initiative with SDGs, Drawing and painting, Salogan and Essay Competition were organized. Input Session on World Scout Environment Programme taken by leader of the forum Shri Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout), which is based on 05 aims.

        Third day a session on “Messenger of Peace” was organized. Took a session on MOP & described the actual meaning,                 purpose & objective of it. Participants enjoyed the session very much especially the Ah-Le-Le song and MOP Beat. The                      programme based on Community Development name as Action on Community Development and Play and skit were presented      by our young energetic Rovers and Ranger.  In the evening paly and skit was inaugurated by Shri Anand Shakar, Member of Legislative Assembly, Aurangabad by lighting the traditional Lamp (Pradeep) and Shri Sanjay Yadav, Mukhiya, Ghatrain Panchayat, Madanpur present as Guest of Honour.

Peace March: On 12th January 2019 Arise, Awake, and don’t stop….. Until the goal is reached follow this beautiful views of Swami, Peace march organized in traditional Costumes on the occasion of birthday of Swami Vivekanand as Youth Day. During the peace march people of Aurangabad warmth welcome to Rover and Ranger with floral showers and chandan tika. The rally was flag off by District Education Officer Shri Md. Alim. Peace is one of the basic needs for our society.
