This is our school, CHONG HWA INDEPENDENT HIGH SCHOOL SCOUTS TROOP 2019' ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING. According to the charter, we will elect 2020' CHKL Scout troop leader by vote system. Based on this system, all CHONG HWA INDEPENDENT HIGH SCHOOL valid scout members are qualified to place a vote. School teachers are invited to attend for supervision the whole process. Besides, we will reconfirm troop financial account of 2019'. Financial Department member will explain the account on how we used the money and how we obtained. This is to ensure that all troop members are clearly understand the situation of our own troop. In addition, scout master will set out CHONG HWA INDEPENDENT HIGH SCHOOL SCOUTS TROOP goals for 2020 by discussing with all the members. At the end of the meeting, we will celebrate our troop 69 years old with a cake and take a group photo. 

We believed that ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is provide a good platform for communications between scout leaders, school teachers and troop members. This also show out a good governance for a healthy troops.
