Animals are being treated as Goods in legal terms as livestock, I being Commissioner (Headquarters), Haryana Scouts and Guides moved petitions at the level of Sub Divisional Magistrates, to remove public nuisances and to handle animals with respect, while moving from one place to another, besides it ISI specified vehicle required to transport animals as per their shape and size. People for Animals (PFA) Haryana also offered its shelter for animals in distress for further treatment, care and shelter, hence awareness towards animal rights and their welfare begins today for further seven days all around in India.
