Airmanship Class 2
It was 13th June, I received a message from my District Commissioner Mr Lim Keng Boon regarding the airmanship class 2. He is looking for a volunteer as the person in charge for this class. After a research and consideration, I found out airmanship class 2 is gonna be a fun activities, so I volunteer myself as the person in charge(PIC) for this activities. After being the PIC, I was able to contact Captain Vijay with the help of my District Commissioner as the speaker for the airmanship class 2.
Captain Vijay is a captain pilot in Hong Kong. He is also the PIP Kebangsaan for SPUK Malaysia. After that, I designed a poster through online application CANVA and send it out to publicize my activities. I also created a google form so as the registration form. The program is limited to 80 attendee. Even the program did not get the attention from 80 person, but my program still manage to get 54 attendees. We held the airmanship class 2 through online - Google Meet.
There were 54 people who had sign up for this airmanship class 2. This project gave a chance to those people who are not able to learnt anything about aircraft to learn something they are interested.
Throughout this whole project I was able to learn more about aircraft, how an airplane works and even the types of airplanes based of the the different types of engines. I had also learnt about the radiotelephony alphabets spellings.
I would really hope that this project could carried out face to face, I bet it would be a lot funnier and we can learnt even more from the speakers.
