Total no. of Participants = 84
no.of service hours / participant = 1
total no. of service hours = 84*1 = 84.
Since the settings were not appropriate to have 84 participants for 1 hour the no. of participants is kept as 14 as it gives 84 hours.it's done because the standard service hours is fixed as 6 for one day. (14*6 = 84).
