Adolescent Skills and Employability - SWA project

supplementing to meet the educational goals among children with 21st century skills. Support teachers equip with skills and knowledge on Adolescent skills and employability to change in upshifting the mind set of children for better employment.
A total of 52 teachers from 52 pilot schools across Bhutan were trained on the Adolescent skills and employability, an Upshift project for 5 days in capital city of Bhutan. They are recognized as ASE focal point and will roll out the upshift project to children in respective school.
The project will be rolled out to children in 52 schools and make them participate in the project idea identified to address the challenge in school or communities. Through project, community members in more than 18 districts of Bhutan will also benefit.
Teachers can apply this social innovation tool kit to make teaching more interesting and learner's centric that enable children think creative and innovative manner. The project also provide opportunity to solve social issues and challenges within school and communities and has ability to create an employment with entrepreneurial mindset,
