In the period of 18-20 November, 2016 it was organized working session for the NSAMoldova’s leaders. The event was a part of the National Project “Scout Update” – “Messengers of Peace”. The aim of the event was to train the Scout Leaders on WOSM requirements for adults in scouting and the environment in which they do their scout activities. There were 2 working days on the main direction of the Strategic Priorities of NSAM 2015 - 2018- Innovation in Scouting and Adults in Scouting - focusing on the WOSM Policy of “Safe from Harm” and set a work team to elaborate National Policy of “Safe from Harm”. It continues with Leaders formation. Training on Motivation (moderated by Luc J.G. von Francois, Belgian Scout) and Adults and Volunteers Recruitment. During the event there were presented the Resolutions of the VI Eurasia Scout Conference (hold on 5-9 October 2016, Yerevan, Armenia) and the Strategy Plan 2016- 2019 by Mr. Iurie Emilian (Regional Director- World Scout Bureau Eurasia Support Centre) and the new elected Chairperson of the Regional Committee Mr. Sergiu Chirica. Also it was presented to the leaders all the steps that were done for Youth Program update and what are the next planned actions. It was reviewed and approved the Action Plan 2017. In the National Project “Scout Update” – “Messengers of Peace” there are planned 2 more trainings for the leaders which will take place in spring 2017. Be prepared and stay connected.
