People of Samdrupjongkhar dzongkha had celebrated the 40th birth anniversary of his majesty 5th Druk Gyelpo Jigme Khesar Namgay Wangchuuk along with Bhutan Scouts Association(BSA) celebrated the 6th National souts day at Samdrupjongkhar middle secondary School.
