On the 28th of October to the 30th of October, the 62nd Petaling Troop went to Sungai Chongkak in Hulu Langat for a Skills camp - OSBC (Operational Skills Base Camp). Twenty of us camped alongside with our four scoutmasters. There, we camped outdoors with not much luxury and learned and tested skills, old and new. One of the highlights of this camp was to practise stronger patrol system. We had an expedition of 16 kilometers in our patrols, to and fro of our campsite. Despite the rain that had poured for three afternoons, we still managed to have fun. In this camp, we involved the river with activities such as river trekking and using the rope to cross the river. Overall, this camp was a fun and memorable one. Till then, Happy Scouting :)
