5th National Desert (Rambler) Hike 🥾🥾

The Ramblers hike for Rovers was organized by the Pakistan Boy Scout Association, and Rovers from all throughout Pakistan took part. A proficiency badge called Rambler Hike is required for the President Rover Scout (P.R.S.) high rank badge in the rover part. The 100 to 120-kilometer hike began from Ahmedpur and went through Cholistan dessert. Backwoodsmen cooking, tracking, making, reading, and using a compass were all part of this journey.
As Hike requires a lot of skills during the journey but as a Scout rovers we are always prepared to take necessary actions at the time of situation. I along with approx. 70 Scouts start hike from ahmedpur aiming to complete 120 Kilometers and live a life like a real heroes on boarder.
We all were able to complete the hike. During a whole week we not only did hike but we cooked food with out any resource, we provide first aid to scout mates and I believe every single aspect was covered during this hike.
Scouting train us how to survive in difficult time and place. and we learned this from the hike that how to survive in - degree in the night and 45 degree in the day time. But of all it was the part of training. and a good scout quality is that he never says no to hard times. because we are always prepared.
