As a Scout Secretary, 5th Basic Unit Leadership Training was coordinated and conducted for teacher graduates of Samtse College of Education. 

A total of 293 participants from PG and B.Ed final year took part availing a 5 days packaged training having divided into ten troops of 5 groups under different Scout Leaders as their resources.

The training provided has inspired teacher graduates to take active role in promoting Scouting once in the field. Almost all agreed to spread the peace as an ambassador of a Messenger of peace. Creation of accounts in scout.org and availing hash tag besides training.
