50th Independence Day Celebration Project with UCEP
As fate may have it, I have had the good fortune to engage in social service activities on the National days of every single year. This year too, was no different.
What was more was that I could celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the Independence of Bangladesh (50 Years of Independence) with a group of underprivileged children of the society. On this ocassion, I had the very beloved Scouts and Rovers from Digonta Scout Group under my command. The program was coordially organised by UCEP (Underprivileged Childrens Education Program). Together, we oversaw the arrangement and discipline of the whole program. We also distributed masks and made the attendees more aware about the importance of social distancing in these times of COVID-19.
My biggest achievement was that I could get to know one valiant Freedom Fighter, who was a Platoon Commander during our glorious war of Liberation.
