4th Rashtrapati Award scout testing camp 2017 of Northern Region was held at NYC GUDPURI HARYANA UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF MR. ANEESH KUMAR ( R.O.C. NORTHERN REGION). IN THIS CAMP 9 REGIONS OF K.V.S state ALONG WITH 2 states including Haryana and Jammu & Kashmir.
