Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides successfully organised their 47th Cub - Bulbul Utsav at State Training Park, Madhupur (Jharkhand) from 21st to 24th December 2018. The Utsav was opened by honorable AGM/E.Rly. With full enthusiam and devotion, 450 Cub, Bulbul and Staff Members altogether participated in the utsav. Community developments projects and initiatives were also taken by awareness marches.
