CRM is a training based course where Rover Scouts become eligible to be Rover Mates in the future. It's also a mandatory course for Rover Scouts because without this training we cannot develop our stages. Samatat Open Scout Group is the 1st group to organise their own offline Course for Rover Mate. It held from 19th to 22nd February, 2021 in National Scout Training Center, Mouchak, Gazipur. It was an outstanding course learned and enjoyed by 53 Rover Scouts of Samatat.
