Johor is the First state in Malaysia having a special course about Messengers of Peace, World Scout Environment Program and Scout of the World Award. The Scout Chief State Commissioner , Tuan Hj. Yaacob encourage all the Training team and Program team to support and blend all the activities accordingly to the program. All participant was very happy and promise that they going to involve in the program and encourage their member to registered with WOSM. The second state will follow after this to have the similiar program is Sabah. Hopefully other state in Malaysia will follow the good step to improve the suiting in their state.
