Eastern Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides successfully organized a State Level Webinar on "Career Counselling" from 05th to 06th December 2020 from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM under the dynamic leadership of Mr Syed Jahangir Hobib Sir, State Organizing Commissioner (Scout), Eastern Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides and also under the able supervision of Mr Sanjib Sha Sir, Asst State Organizing Commissioner (Scout), Eastern Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides who are very dedicated and passionate stalwarts of our State. The Webinar started with BSG Prayer. Then, the first day session was conducted by a very eminent personality, Mr Neeraj Kumar Verma Sir, IRSE, District Commissioner (Scout), Asansol District who gave a wonderful presentation about Career - What is it? and How to plan a successful career?. A two way interaction was also held by the participants and our resource speaker. After the successful conclusion of the first day, the second day session was conducted by a very talented personality, Mr Santanu Majumder Sir, Rashtrapati Rover and Career Planner (associated with Bidhan Chandra College, Asansol) who wonderfully explained, demonstrated and related the Scouting Courses and Values v/s Career Counselling and Career Planning which was also a very interesting one. Finally the programme ended with the National Anthem. The Webinar has given the participants a platform to voice their opinion about what they would like to pursue. This Webinar has made the transition from one field to another. It gave them the required confidence to change their domain, with the support of our two experienced mentors, the resource speakers of today's Webinar. It was a wonderful experience for all of us to take part in it. Overall it was an interactive, interesting and fruitful Webinar.
