On the same day, we also organize a CNY Reunion Dinner with all Old Folk and let's them feel we are part of their families members. (Chinese culture believe that before chinese new year, cleaning the area will bring good luck and reunion dinner, will bring the family closer together) Rumah Charis community services include the Old Folks’ Home, Children’s Home, senior citizens club known as Very Strong Old People's (VSOP) Club and the House of Bread which offers youth vocational training. For 20 over years, Rumah Charis has offered social services that provide spiritual guidance, shelter, healthy community activities and education. Public help and support along with Gods grace is vital to the success of such a mission. There were more than 30 senior citizens live under the Relau Rumah Charis shelter.
