Penang Bayan Lepas Rover Owl C Scout Crew organized a Canoeing activity to all rover scouts during the weekend. Our Rover Hon. Advisor, Dato' Lee also also join us as a team during that day. At evening time, we did have a BBQ dinner for all members, but with a heavy rain on that night. We going to have another training section on Year 2017 for those new members as well.
