Penang Bayan Lepas Rover Owl C Scout Crew organized a Basic Of Pioneering Project to those Senior Scout from 30th & 31th Scout Troop. This will be first time experience for them on how to build up the strong structure before expanding the size to be an object such as High Tower, Bridge, Gateway and so on. We going to have another section on Year 2017 and let's the scout continually to gain more knowledge and skill before build up the huge pioneering project.
