Jamboree Troop B 142 was divided in half and one half power washed and cleaned up the Court House stone wall and planted flowers and shrubs along the wall. The second half of the troop painted playground equipment and a park pavilion, then weeded  and mulched around the pavilion and spread gravel at the playground. A fresh coat of silver paint was applied to handrails around parking lot and between the school and park. The local community leaders gave the scouts a brief history of the local community and provided some delicious pizza and water for the scouts. Many local townspeople cheered and greeted the scouts as they drove by while we worked the  projects.
