A 2 day special training camp for cubs.
Shapla cub award is the most prestigious award for the cubs in Bangladesh. To help better prepare the cubs in my scout group, we arranged a special training camp specially for the cubs.
This was a 2 day camp which was held in my school campus. A group of 8 leaders and scouts worked together to arrange this camp for the cubs. I personally worked as a trainer because I had received the Shapla cub award in the previous year.
There were 22 participating cubs. They were able to learn everything they needed for the award exams and were also able to increase their skills.
I have learnt how to become a better trainer than before after getting real-life experience teaching my juniors.
